“Some days are better than others, but that’s life – one day at a time,” said Ryan who does individual counseling twice a month and group counseling weekly as part of OTP. “I overdosed twice before I got clean. It’s been a pretty rocky road. I hope by sharing my story it will let others know there is light at the end of the tunnel.”
