Inpatient Behavioral Health Hiring Event - RNs, MHTs & Social Workers- Wednesday, September 9 - 11 am - 2 pm -  RSVP TODAY

Individuals working in Human Resources are key to the smooth functioning of an organization and the relationship between employers and employees. Mental health in the workplace is an increasingly important topic, and HR plays a crucial role in fostering a supportive and healthy work environment. The resources here are links to websites that offer support to HR administrators in helping to respond to workplace changes made more acute by the coronavirus pandemic, including for environments that are more inclusive and supportive of employee mental health. Inpatient treatment through MiraVista is an available option and we welcome the opportunity to educate HR professionals on the process of accessing such care.

Of equal importance, is the ability of HR professionals to offer employees who may need assistance in addressing substance use with resources and local treatment options. MiraVista Behavioral Health Center is a leading provider of outpatient substance use programming and can be helpful in identifying supportive services to assist employees with starting and sustaining their journey of recovery.

For more information or to connect with MiraVista to learn more about workplace presentations and conversations, please contact Kim Lee at 413-264-3042 or klee@miravistabhc.care
