MiraVista Behavioral Health Center will host a community nurse recruitment event on Wednesday, October 22, from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. at Tandem Bagel, 95 Elm Street, West Springfield. Nurses are invited to drop in before or after their shift, come as they are, and explore opportunities to grow their careers in a mission-driven environment dedicated to compassionate mental health care — and receive a free bagel while they’re there.
Nurses who attend will have the chance to meet with MiraVista’s nursing leadership and staff to learn more about open positions, workplace culture, and career growth opportunities. The event offers a welcoming space to connect over coffee and conversation — and to consider how a career at MiraVista can make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
“There’s so much for nurses at MiraVista — in fact, you might say there’s everything… and onion, sesame, and cinnamon raisin, too,” said Coreen Lord, Director of Talent Acquisition at MiraVista Behavioral Health Center. “Our community-based recruiting events are designed to bring opportunities directly to nurses — making it more convenient and closer to home as they consider the benefits of a new direction in their career.”
MiraVista is offering sign-on bonuses of up to $15,000, along with the opportunity for on-the-spot conversations with its leadership team. Every nurse who visits will also receive a free bagel — a fun nod to the local Tandem Bagel café and to the variety of opportunities MiraVista offers those ready to advance their nursing journey.
