Chip’s Tips!
Good nutrition supports more than physical health—it can play an important role in our overall mental well-being, too.
MiraVista and TaraVista’s Vice President of Food Services, Chip Edgar, shares this month’s tip for healthy eating, featuring one of August’s most plentiful—and versatile—vegetables: zucchini.
Because caring for our mental health can include the everyday choices we make to nourish our bodies, manage our stress and support our overall well-being.
So much zucchini. So many possibilities. And one more simple way to take care of you!
One more tip: smaller zucchini tend to be more tender and flavorful. Have a big one? Shred it for zucchini bread, muffins, or fritters.
